One-on-One Spiritual Guidance |
Throughout the ages, the deeper forms of spiritual guidance have been offered
one-on-one, allowing for a customized approach that honors the uniqueness of each practitioner. While groups, talks and books
provide an invaluable overview and general context, every meditator brings a particular configuration of strengths and hindrances.
Through a shared exploration, we help practitioners understand and build on their strengths, while letting the dharma itself
purify the inevitable hindrances. Spiritual guidance is offerred on a sliding scale.
